Un friendship quilt pour débuter l'année dans l'amitié

Vous connaissez Patty ma "quilty friend". Nous nous sommes lancées en ce début d'année dans la réalisation d'un friendship quilt pour une amie qui est hospitalisée.

You already know Patty my quilty friend. We have decided to make a friendship quilt to one of our friend who is unfortunaltly sick and hospitalized.

Voici le dessus ( ou top) terminé que j'ai passé hier à Patty pour qu'elle le quilte. Elle pense faire un quilting "in the ditch". Je vous monterai le résultat final.

Here is the finished top ( done by me...).So I dropped it off yesterday at Patty's home.She is going to quilt it in the ditch and  then I will get it back for the biding.I will show you the finished project.

Formidable! Simple mais en même temps éclatant de couleurs tendres et gaies, d'où tout l'art du "quilt". Espérons que la personne hospitalisée recouvrera la santé rapidement avec ce "bijou quilté"
